Cause I knew you’d break my heart someday, one day. So, *** you for even trying to love me. Cheated on battered and bruised upon. I’ve seen it all. So, *** you, for even trying to love me.   Was it my fault, because I gave you all I had left? Am I the one to blame for your naïve ways? No. *** you for even trying to love me right.   You can take back your words, filled with empty promises. Take back that moment, Take it back, NOW. Take back the minute you said you loved me.   Was my expectations just a little too high for you? Is my needing to be loved really just too much for you? It’s all I ever wanted, and nothing I should’ve had to ask for. So, *** you for even trying to love right.   If I am to blame, then you teach me how to be your lover. Tell me how you want it, Teach me how to be your lover. Tell me what you needed. Show me how to love you. Because I just don’t know how, if this ain’t right. If I am to blame, *** you for even trying to love me.   If everything I did for you was everything wrong, If every moment spent, was a moment better spent elsewhere, If everyday that you loved me, was wasted in your eyes, *** you, *** you for trying to love me.   If the mornings waking up next to me, was taken for granted, Now you’ll be wishing you had me. If the embraces we shared was hesitated upon, We could’ve ended this before love got between us. Before commitment got the best of you, Before you got the best of me. So, *** you for even trying to love me right.   Freedom is what you wanted, Love is what we run away from, Not knowing is what we can’t admit. So, I won’t fight to love you, I won’t fight, to be what you desire me to be, Because what you want just isn’t me, Who you wanted just wasn’t anything like me. So, I wont fight. If loving me isn’t what you want.   I’m not going to try && love you on false pretenses. Liked, Loved, Missed, Forgiven, && Forgotten. WHOSE PAIN COUNTS WHEN THERE SOMEONE HURTING MORE THAN YOU?    Report

But our hearts can and do heal in time. Take the positive with you and discard what is negative. Life  goes on, and in the end, no one other than ourselves, with the guidence of a Higher Power, will ever bring us happiness. Enjoy life in spite of the pitfalls. Life is too short to sweat the bullsh*t.  Peace.    Report
